Sunday

Sundays are my FAVORITE day. Kendrick turns into angle mode. He is so calm all day and will usually snuggle and sleep through church. I think it has to do with his Daddy being home all day. . .

Giggles

Kendrick is starting to giggle on purpose now. He used to giggle at random but now his full blown grin has additional happy sounds escaping his lips. He is the happiest in the morning and right before bed. Sometimes I delay his bedtime just a little cause it is hard to want to put such a happy baby to bed.

Kendrick seriously made me laugh out loud in all of these photos. I was almost in tears laughing so hard with the ones in the bumbo.

Sleeping Patterns

Kendrick has been sleeping twelve hours in a row the past week. He has done at least eight hours over the last month so it has made parenting blissful. He is so easy to put down for bedtime. I just wrap him up tight, tuck another blanket around him, and pop in the Binks. He will sometimes fuss for a few minutes but for the most part it is a breeze. By morning he will have all the covers kicked off, hands above his head, and right thumb in his mouth. He can seriously find his thumb in his sleep! He is sneaky!

Naps are a different story. It is a hit or miss with them. He will usually take 4 naps a day but he doesn't stay asleep very long. Sometimes it will be a 3 hour nap in there and other times just 30 min. I figure he is my only child right now so he can set his own schedule during the day :) He is such a sleepy boy it is rare that he doesn't end up sleeping all day.

3 Months

Kendrick just makes us love him more and more every day. He is a smiley boy and a flirt. He loves to stare at girls and give them his toothless grin. He sleeps through the night and is going to bed earlier and earlier each day. He loves time with his parents, sucking on his Binky (or hand/ thumb when we aren't looking), stroller rides, and the Bjorn. He can usually put himself to sleep but still loves to snuggle with his mommy. He is a total mommy's boy and I don't mind a bit!!

Kendrick's Baby Blessing

We had Kendrick blessed Easter Sunday and it couldn't have been more perfect. He was a little angel in church and Nathan did a fantastic job.

Afterwards we went to Liberty park and had lunch with friends and family. It was a really nice day and a lot of fun to spend time with people we love.

Sadly we didn't get any pictures of just our small little family, but thanks to Nate's Grandma we have a couple pictures with us in them.
