We are anticipating the arrival or our little Crow baby October 12, 2014. We have had a lot of fun with having family guess our due date and we just couldn't wait any longer to let everyone know.
My Grandmother, Allene George guessed our correct due date. She based it off her mother, Bessie Elizabeth Quinn's birthday which just happens to be October 12. It was so exciting to find this out because I have fallen in love with Bessie from the stories that I have been able to read off of family history. I can't help but feel a closer connection to her because of it. We are so thrilled that my Grandmother won our little flight to AZ challenge. We look forward to seeing her when she comes to visit.
We are also excited to announce that we will either be including Allene as a middle name if we have a girl or George for a middle name if we have a boy. We are having a very difficult time coming up with girl names. We have a boy named picked and are kind of hoping that we have another little boy. We will be thrilled either way but Nate and I are both guessing boy regardless of all the girl comments we keep receiving.
Thank you for everyone that played along with our little game. We had a fun time doing it and we loved hearing from everyone and seeing all the guesses. We plan to somehow incorporate something fun if someone else happens to get the exact birth day correct. We haven't decided on anything yet but it will be fun to see if anyone happened to guess that.

Based on the comments I guess I should mention that we will not be finding out the gender until I deliver. We love surprises and want to wait. We have one exception to this but as long as our baby is healthy we plan to wait. :)
